Earlier this afternoon a matatu on the service lane from Kahawa Sukari to K.U gate lost control right after passing the speed bumps just before the K.U gate. Luckily, teh driver was sober and fast enough to swerve the matatu towards the concrete block laying just before the footbridge a little past the K.U main gate.
The matatu was on quite the speed as the accident’s impact led to it’s (matatu) loosing it’s windscreen and bending on it’s front lower bit. Photos below:
