Kenyatta University University Management in consultation with KUSA leaders has arrived at a decision to extend the fee deadline for first semester 2020/2021 academic year to 11 February 2021. The deadline for unit registration has also been extended to February 15, 2021.
This comes after a strong push by the students Fraternity towards KUSA committee to pressure the administration to extend the fee deadline and save comrades from calling off the semester.
The earlier fee deadline was set for Friday February 5 while units registration deadline was scheduled on for February 12.
It is a relieve to many students who have been complaining about the early deadline for fee payment, unit registration and adjustment.Many comrades had expressed fear of calling off the semester due to lack of school fees.
Thanks to the University administration along with KUSA council and any other stakeholders who participated in the consultations leading to this important decision.
